Eco Tier - Landscape Contractors & Conservation / Restoration Non-profits - if your designs require a large amount of plants but projects are scheduled for 3+ months out special orders can be created for your projects. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit on all special order projects.

 

We offer discounts on packs of 10-plugs, 25-plugs, and 50-plugs, as well as 12 1-quart containers and 10 1-gallon containers. The prices listed have already had the discount applied, so further discounts cannot be added on. Check out the pricing listed in the Native Plant Inventory List at the bottom of the page or email us for a quote!

How to Order:

1. Refer to our Native Plant Inventory List at the bottom of the page for the species of native plants, sizes, and quantities available to begin making your plant list. 

2. By accepting these discounted prices, you are expected to research the plants necessary for your site and have a knowledge base about native plants. We are happy to answer specific questions about the native plants we carry. If you have questions about plant quantities, please email plantsalesTF@gmail.com. For plant recommendations or substitutions, call (304) 691-0124.

3. Email us at plantsalesTF@gmail.com or use the form below with your plant list to place your order. Be sure to include container sizes and quantities of each species you would like to order.

4. Confirm your order with our office and receive an estimate. Our office is open 9 am to 5 pm Tuesday - Friday. All orders are field-checked to confirm each plant’s health and availability. Please note whether you prefer to pick up your order in Huntington, WV or prefer delivery. If you want your order delivered, confirm your site is within our delivery radius by calling (304) 691-0124.  Once your order and mode of receipt is confirmed, you will receive an estimate.

5. After the estimate is accepted, we will place your plants on reserve and an invoice will be sent. Once payment has been received, we will set your delivery or pick-up date, usually within 1-10 days. Send us your delivery address and contact phone number to coordinate delivery, or schedule an appointment to pick up your order from our nursery in Huntington, WV.  Don't worry because if you are outside out delivery radius we do ship!
