Are your plants safe for dart frogs?


Yes, we only use an organic, frog-safe fertilizers and a natural pest management system.




I placed my order X days ago but have not received tracking information yet.


We ship Monday - Wednesday in warmer months, and Mondays and Tuesdays in the winter. Your order will be shipped on the next shipping day after it was placed. For example, if you order on a Tuesday in the spring/summer/fall, your order will be shipped the next day, Wednesday. If you order on a Wednesday-Sunday, your order will be shipped on the following Monday. If you order on Tuesday-Sunday in winter months, your order will be shipped the following Monday. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.




What are your shipping options?


We ship plants via USPS.




My plant looks different than the picture. Did I receive the wrong plant?


Item images are an example only. If you purchase a plant, it will be of the species and description stated, but not the exact plant pictured.




Do you offer refunds?


All sales are final. Please be sure you will be able to receive and open your plants in a timely manner after delivery. If there are problems due to the shipping service, theft, or similar situations, please contact us immediately and we will come to a solution.




I messaged you on facebook/instagram/emailed you, and I haven't gotten a reply.


We answer messages as quickly as we are able. Please expect up to 24 hours for the initial reply. Don't forget to check your spam folder. Remember, we are only humans and mistakes happen -- if you still haven't heard from us in 1-2 business days, feel free to message us again on another service to check in.
